Our client is seeking talented marketers for both Brand Manager and Sr Brand Manager roles for major CPG brands.
In these positions you will have direct responsibility for decision-making and spend on key projects including digital/social, PR, multicultural programming, experiential/sampling. You will oversee your brand’s marketing budget and manage in house marketing team. Procurement of all field marketing materials and managing media partnerships. Develop, negotiate and manage Partner accounts. Assist in the creation and implementation of strategic marketing plans and oversee major events and marketing programs.
Bachelor’s degree required, MBA preferred
Brand Manager: 3 – 5 years minimum experience in a progressive marketing environment working on luxury/lifestyle/CPG brands
Sr Brand Manager: 6 – 10 years minimum experience in a progressive marketing environment working on luxury/lifestyle/CPG brands
Work with internal team in development and implementation of “below-the-line” marketing growth drivers, ongoing brand performance reporting, performance analysis and budget management
Develop communication briefs, brand activity proposals and backend analysis staying on target with the brand’s “voice”
Work with agency partners to develop and implement consumer and customer marketing plan
Support Brand Director in the development of advertising campaigns and long term brand strategy
Ability to demonstrate consumer insight, creativity and flair to generate ideas and plans
Ability to prioritize workflow, analyze data and make clear business recommendations
Excellent Organizational and Communication skills
